You can apply for China visa by using your social visit pass.

But my social visit pass only valid in 1month. so is it still ok?thanks for your help

It is not ok for China visa application in Singapore if your social visit pass is only valid for 1 month. You can't ask your friend who is holding Employment Pass (EP) to apply for you, even though he hold the EP, you don't have it, you are not a long-term resident in Singapore.

It is not ok for China visa application in Singapore if your social visit pass is only valid for 1 month. You can't ask your friend who is holding Employment Pass (EP) to apply for you, even though he hold the EP, you don't have it, you are not a long-term resident in Singapore.
