About:Hanging Monastery (Xuankong Si)

How do we get to the hanging temple in Datong from Beijing?

This is our second trip to Beijing this coming October, we will stay there for four days only.How do we get to the hanging temple in Datong? How long is the travel time by bus or taxi? We will be staying near the Palace Museum?

It take 6 hours by train from Beijing to Datong. It takes a bit more than 1 hour by taxi from Datong to the temple.
