I'm georgian citizen and i want to go to hong-kong as a tourist for some weeks...if i want to go to other cities of china, (for example shanghai) can i get visa in hong kong to get there?

Yes, Georgian citizens are allowed to apply for a China visa in Hong Kong. But no one can assure you that you'll definitely get one. You'd better get a China visa in your country, just in case get refused in Hong Kong.
