I’ve heard as for Romanian you don’t need visa to trave to China. Is this true?

I have double citizenship: Romanian and Canadian and I’m leaving in Montreal, Canada now!
Do I need visa or something else to be able to travel in China (starting from Montreal) at the final of the year (two entrances)?
