i’ve heard as for romanian you don’t need visa to trave to china. is this true?

I have double citizenship: Romanian and Canadian and I’m leaving in Montreal, Canada now! Do I need visa or something else to be able to travel in China (starting from Montreal) at the final of the year (two entrances)?I’ve heard as for Romanian you don’t need visa.

Romanian also need a visa to travel to China. Since you are in Canada, you'd better to apply for the China visa with your Canada passport, it will be easier for you to get the visa.
