21A to Ama Temple, to Senado, you can take Venetain's free shuttle bus to Macau Marine Ferry Temrinal and then take Lisboa's free bus. Then walk 10 minutes to the square. Fisherman's Wharf is just beside the Macau Marine Ferry Temrinal.
