About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

Me and my wife are planning to visit China, is it possible for me to submit both application alone?

My wife will not be able to come with me to submit the application.

Yes, you can submit you and your wife's visa application to China embassy or consulate by yourself. Your wife doesn't need to come with you to submit the application.
