About:China Customs Declaration

Can I take medical textbook - 7 copies for my friends to China? The total cost is around HK$10600

The custom's regulation is: no more than ten books (copies) for personal use, no duties. I never declare books, onlu took 3-5 different book at one time. Generally not necessary to declare. If the custom staff asked, better not tell they are for personal use.
