I live in china and have one year permit in my passport,I now have an Invitation for the united states of America from a friend to visit him on his wedding day for one week ,do i need to come all over to Ghana for the visa ?or can i still take the visa in China and then visit him?

You can apply for the visa in China since you have a one year permit in China.
