About:Best Time to Visit Beijing

I'm going to beijing March 24 and hong kong april 8. what kind of weather can i expect?

Beijing will be cold at the end of March when you should wear a warm sweater and overcoat. Hong Kong should be much warmer and humid, when a thin sweater will be ok. Better check the weather forecast after Feb.
