About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

I lived in HK since 1955-1967,I have HK id card dated 7-24-1966, can I renew it if I go to HK?

If you hold Hong Kong Permanent Residence Identity Card, you can renew it if you go to Hong Kong. If you just hold a temporary Hong Kong ID card, it expires when you leave Hong Kong, you can't renew it.
