Atlanta is under the consular jurisdiction of Consulate General in Houston, you need to get China visa through the Houston Consulate.0

You can get a L(tourist) visa in any foreign countries from the China Embassy,or Hong Kong,when you coming to the mailand,you can extend it twice time (each has 30days)0
