transport kunming - lijiang

We would like to travel from Kunming to Lijiang on 15/9/11. whete can i find the time table of the train and bus to see which option is best for us? Thanks!

The train departs at 22:00 from Kunming Railway Station to Lijiang East Railway Station. It takes about 9 hours. Well, the bus departs at 14:20 and 20:00 from Kunming Nanyao Long-distance Bus Station to Lijiang. It takes about 8 hours.
