chengdu make new friendsbike advice

Question

Hi I am a native English speaker just about to move to the south of Chengdu in the Gaoxin district, quite close to Ikea and Auchan.  Anyway I want to buy a brand new electric bike, one which lasts a few hours on a full charge can anyone give me any advice on where to buy one and any recommendations.Also I don't many people here so anyone up for making a new friend let know, I am keen to meet new people.
