Use Hong Kong Octopus card for east rail line

Hello,Can I use the octopus card for the east rail line to Luohu ?
If I intend to go Jumbo Floating resturant for dinner after visiting Ocean Park . Can you advise the direction
from Ocean Park by taxis or others ? Which is the best seafood restaurant ? Lei Yu Mun or Jumbo Floating?
How about the prices ? How much is the taxis fare from Admiralty mtr to Ocean park ?

Yes, you could use Octopus card to pay for the metro fare.
Both of Jumbo Floating and Lei Yu Mun are famous places for seafood in Hong Kong. The former one also supplies some delicous local dim sum. You could choose any of them.
From Ocean Park, it is suggested that you take a taxi to get to Jumbo directly, which is located not far.
From Admiralty, it takes about HKD50 to get to Ocean Park by taxi.
