What is the climate in September in Hangzhou?

I am coming to Hangzhou in September. What sort of clothes should be brought there?

It is a nice time for travelling to Hangzhou in September. The average temperature is about 20-28C. There are modest rainfall and abundant sunshine. It is warm and comfortable. You can bring some summer clothes plus a piece of lightly jacket.
