what is the weather and temperature like in Taiwan from 15 Sept 2011 to 22 Sept 2011?

I will be travelling to Taiwan from 15 Sept 2011 to 22 Sept 2011 round the Island. I would like to know what is the weather and temperature like during this period and what type of clothing should I prepare for.

I hear that it may be a typhoon season
