I will be travelling to Taiwan from 15 Sept 2011 to 22 Sept 2011 round the Island.  I would like to know what is the weather and temperature like during this period and what type of clothing should I prepare for.   I hear that it may be a typhoon season

Yes, it is te typhoon season during that period. The average temperature is about 26~31C and there are mmuch rain at during September. Summer cool clothes are OK like short-sleeved T-shirts and shorts.
