we have just reached hong kong from india, It is possible to get visa at Luohu?

we have just reached hong kong vfrom india AND want to go to lwu to get visas for shenzen
wanted to know if it is possible

Well, to be honest, it is hard to get a visa on arrival at Luohu. You'd better get it in advance in your country.
