Looking for Local Tour Guide-Harbin

I will be travelling to Harbin in around Oct and planning to stay for 2-3 days on private business, I am looking for a local tour guide that can take me around. I can speak both Mandarin and English.

Can you provide some information about the cost of a tour guide per day?

Hi,
in Harbin you can find many local Chinese students, they can help you to getting around, there are so many beautiful places in Harbin. The guide cost may be 300-400yuan(+ food).
