i am indian ,i want to go china by road or surface ,so if i have chinese visa then can i pass this boarder by road?

You also need a Tibet Travel Permit besides China Visa, since you'll enter China through Tibet. I'm not clear if there is a bus from Kathmandu to zhangmu and then to Lhasa. But there is bus from Lhasa to Zhangmu.
