i'm from the philippines, what are the requirements for tourist visa?

Good day. I'm from the Philippines. I just wanna ask if what visa should i need to apply.. I have American friend who invited me to meet him  in Shanghai..He will be there in Shanghai next week to work for 3 months..He will shoulder all the expenses. What are the requirements we both have to give. How long is the processing time? How much ? I hope that you can help me out with this one. Thank you so much.

You need to apply Tourist Visa (L visa) for going to Shanghai, China. You can refer to https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa-application-philippines.htm to find the requirements. it takes 4 working days for visa processing. It costs 1400 pesos for single entry L visa.
