Walk up Purchase for Train Ticket in Hangzhou

Yes, you can walk up to the counter to buy a return ticket for Hangzhou - Shanghai - Hangzhou routes on the (same) day you want to travel. Well, I think it is no need to buy a return ticket since there are many trains running daily from Shanghai to Hangzhou. You cna get ticket upon your arrival at the train station when back.

Btw, I do appreciate it if you can share with me the best time to catch the outbound and inbound trains. I'll be flying home to Kuala Lumpur on 5/9/2011 at 2.30pm.
