You can acquire the China visa through China Visa Application Service Center in the Hague, you may submit your visa application to the Center in person or entrusts someone else or a travel agency to submit on your behalf. You may book in advance via the center's website for submission. If you apply visas by post, please check Section ‘Instructions for application by post’. You may be required to go to the Chinese Embassy for an interview if the Chinese Embassy deems it necessary.
