Indian passport holder but resident of Curacao, Netherlands Antilles. What are the requirements for me to apply for a business visa for China - from the Consulate of China in Caracas, Venezuela?

Mr Deepak,Where are you currently based? You have an Indian passport but want to apply a Chinese F(business)visa in Venezuela(outside your home country), right? To apply for a visa, you must have an invitation letter from a Chinese company and you must also have a residence permit in Venezuela(or valid visa).
