If you have the knowledge to compare it to a North American city, for seasonal similarities, I will be grateful  For example, is the heat and humidity in the Summer like that of Toronto Canada and is there a lot of rain in the Spring and is the Fall dry and how much snow is on the ground in the Winter.  I will be teaching and am wondering if a traditional suit and tie will be comfortable.  Do teachers wear suits or do they dress less formally?
