How to renew my HK SAR passport in Toronto?

I have a few questions regarding my Hong Kong SAR Passport:
1) How can I renew it in Toronto?
2) Where can I download the application forms online?
3) How long will it take for the whole process?
4) How much for it?
Thanks a lot.

1) you can apply for HKSAR passport renewal through China Consulate in Toronto, please prepare the below documents:
- ID843Form or ID844 Form
- ID 853 Form
- Hong Kong Permanent Residence Card and its copy
- three passport photos
- Canadian residence permit or other document to prove your legal status in Canada

2. You have to go to the consulate to submit passport application, therefore, you'd better get the application forms from the consulate for free.

3. it takes 4- 8 weeks for the whole process, your passport application will be mailed to Hong Kong Immigration Department by the consulate, so it takes a long period.

4. The consulate charges you 65 Canadian dollars, you also need to pay the fee to Hong Kong Immigration Department for mailing back your passport to Canada.

It is a little complex, when you go to the consulate, you can make enquiries.
