China government doesn't recognize dual nationality, if the baby's parents are both Korean, he/she should acquire the Korean citizenship.

you may have the birth certificate in china but your child can't hold the nationality title of china since both parents are aliens. if one of the parents is chinese, then the child or the parents should decide the nationality.my baby has the chinese nationality because her mother is a chinese.
