Does the Cameroon Embassy extend CEMAC passport?

am a cameroonian, living in china. am a student hear . am a language student. i wanna know if the cameroon embassy do extend the passport. precisely the CEMAC PASSPORT

this country is a disgrace to it's citizens outside of it
sorry my dear for they can't do it with no valid explanations
then i wonder the use of an embasy to her citizens if the common renewal of a passport can't be done

No, the Cameroon embassy cannot extend the passport for you.

Yes the Embassy does extend CEMAC passport,you just need to go to Beijing .friday is the reception day. they ask for 2500rmb,birth certificate and national I D .A friend of mind did his two weeks ago.
For those out there please ,if you are not current about certain facts, do not answer to them,it is not helping at all ,{ no offence!}
