Is there a bus or train from 1) Hong Kong to Maoming 2) Hong Kong To Haiko? Hw long journey?

There seems no direct bus or train from Hong Kong to Maiming or Hong Kong. I suggest you take train from HK to Guangzhou and then take train from Guangzhou to Maoming. The best way from HK to Haikou is by air.0
