About:Harbin Ice Festival

Too early for 3 festivals when I head to Harbin on 24th december?

Hi there, am headed to harbin 24th Dec to 28th Dec. Is that sufficient time to catch ALL 3 festivals ? Will they be opened as yet?

All three festivals? The ice and snow festival is usually available from December 25, so you can catch that one.
