Can someone tell me the shortest way to get to Hong Kong Victoria Peak if you're coming from Tsim Sha Tsui?

Take MTR from Tsim Sha Tsui to Central. Get off from Exit J 3 and walk to the Hong Kong City Hall. Take bus 1 there to Victoria Peak.0
