can bahrainis (from bahrain) get chinese visa from bangkok

Question

Im fom bahrain , I got a visa from my country(Bahrain) but i have to enter china before 18/08/2011 ,and I need to go Singapore for 2 weeks and then go china after that , so can I apply for a new visa from Bangkok or Singapore, mind u Im a regular visitor to china

You can have a try through Chinese embassy in Bangkok. It is possible to get a new visa there if you provide your previous China vsia, air ticket to China and China hotel reservation. But if you want to apply in Singapore, you need documents that entitle your to reside for an extended period of time in the SPR, WP, EP, STP, DP.
