I would like to apply L tourist I'm leaving Bahrain January 1 but I want to stay in Philippines for 2 months and would like to visit china before coming back bahrain and after my contract in august would Like to pass again in china what's the best tourist L would Like to take I'm from philippine citizens

You can apply for a tourist L type from the Chinese embassy. You can stay in the Philippines, but you need to make sure that your L type will be still valid enough for your entry to China.
