How to get my passport notarized by China Embassy in Indonesia?

I am planning to buy an apartment in China, and one of the conditions is that I have to get my passport notarized by the China Embassy in Jakarta Indonesia. How to do that? Could you kindly explain the steps and procedures in details and how much will it cost me and how long will it take to get everything done?

you mean to apply for authentication of your passport which will be used in China to buy an apartment. You should first get your passport authenticated by your judiciary department (Add: JL.H.R.RASUNA SAID KAV.4, JAKARTA,INDONESIA), and the Ministry of External Affairs of Indonesia (Add: JL.TAMAN PEJAMBON NO.6,JAKARTA,INDONESIA), then send it to China embassy in Indonesia to be authenticated.
Working hours: 09:00- 11:30 from Monday to Friday, except holiday
Tel:5761026, 5761040 (14:00-16:00)
General processing time needed is 4 working days, and fee is RP 130,000, if you use express service (pick up on next working day), extra RP 200,000 will be charged.

Dear Kyle, thank you for your information. However I am still confused because the property agent in China told me that I have to get my passport notarized at the local notary first in Indonesia then only the Judiciary department and the Ministry of External Affairs of Indonesia will authenticate. Then the last step will be at the China Embassy in Indonesia for the final authentication. And should I get my passport translated into Chinese as well for authentication? Could you kindly advice me any service company in Jakarta Indonesia who can assist me? thanks Kyle, I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

That's right, your passport should be translated into Chinese at an authorized law office (use A4 paper). then, get your passport notarized at the local notary in Indonesia before going to the Judiciary department for authentication.
