I'm Canadian and also hold HongKongID SAR passport, can I use the HK SAR passport to travel to China?

I am Canadian and also holding the HongKongID SAR passport. Since I retired now, I plan to travel to China directly from Canada as tourist . Can I use the HK SAR passport to get entry or I need to apply Visa as Canadian before I fly? Thx for your advice.

You can't use Hong Kong SAR Passport to enter Mainland China, you have to apply China visa by using your Canadian passport in Canada.
