transportation from beijing airport to holiday inn express temple of heaven

Question

My China Eastern flight arrives 23:55, 2011-11-01.  Can I take Airport Shuttle Bus Line 1, 2 (best?) or 3 to Bejing centre (downtown) where Holiday Inn Express is located given my late airplane arrival?  What are my alternatives from the airport to hotel at this late time in the evening?  What are the costs?  Thank you.

Upon arrival, it is suggested that you take shuttle bus Line 2 (CNY16) to its terminal at Xidan, and then hire a  taxi driving to the hotel in 20 minutes. The taxi fare is around CNY20.
