Beijing Temple of Heaven to Eastern Qing Tombs Round Trip Using Taxi

My hotel is close to the Temple of Heaven. We want to visit the Eastern Qing Tombs in Hebei for the day. What is the round trip cost for a taxi including driver wait time, toll fees, parking, and driving to the separate tombs at the site? Can you suggest where I might the taxi?

Due to the long distance, seldom taxi in dowtown Beijing would like to drive there. It is suggested that you book a tour or a van via travel agent.
