How easy is it to use the vendor machines and will be able to buy a train ticket at the Hongqaio rail station and travel at that time?  Also, will we be able to find the location to catch the proper train?Thank you in advance.

Hello, for foreigners, passport copies are required to purchase the high-speed train tickets. But as I know the vendor machines now could only identify Chinese ID cards. So, you would better purchase tickets at the ticketing windows at train station. And there are directions and signs at the train station guiding you to catch the proper train. Please take it easy.
