About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

My Indonesian helper applies for extension for the second time but was denied, can she apply for L visa in HongKong?

My Indonesian helper came to Shanghai with me. Her visa has been extended once but was recently rejected the second time. Can I bring her over to hong kong to apply for L visa again? Will it be successfully and how long is the processing time?

You can try to bring her to Hong Kong to apply for L visa again, but I can't 100% sure she can get a L visa. It takes 4 working days for visa processing. Even though she gets a L visa, it is a single entry China L visa with 15 days.
