About:China Visa on Arrival

Is it true Luo hu port stop issuing visa on arrival until Sep.1?

Is it true Luo hu port stop issuing visa on arrival until Sep.1? Can I apply visa on arrival @ other ports such as shekou or huanggang?

yes, Luo hu port stops to issue visa on arrival until 1st September, 2011 because of the Shenzhen 2011 Universiade. You can't apply visa on arrival at other ports such as Shekou or Huanggang, either.
