zhujiajiao town Admission Fee and transportation

We are planning to vist Zhujiajiao Town in October. Some one told me that you need to pay $60 US per person for Admission fee to enter this town. Is this true?

Is visiting Zhuijijiao Town takes the whole day? Is it easy to catch a bus back to People square area at the end of the day. What time is the last bus?
