my sister has been overstayed in macau for 7 months last year, she exit macau last march. can she enter macau again?

hi! my sister has been overstayed in macau for 7 months last year, she exit macau last march and now i need her to go back here because im pregnant and nobody can't help me when i give birth for the first week of september..can she enter macau again?

She can have a try if her passport was not marked by immigration before. But if she is in the blacklist for entry, it is impossible for her to enter Macao again.
