What to do if I have 6 hours flight transit in Guangzhou?

Hi, around next 2 weeks I will have 6 hours flight transit at Guangzhou Airport. I wonder if there are several things recommended to do or to see in Guangzhou in those 6 hours, since you know, it's 6 hours and it's in China, so I really want to look around. The thing is, I don't speak Chinese. Thanks.
