About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

My UAE visa expiring on 29th Feb 2012, going to Shanghai in September 2011 to present papers in MIPS,(4 days) Should i need to apply UAE visa first before China Visa?

You don't need to apply UAE visa before China visa application, you can submit your present UAE visa to apply for China visa. It expires on 29th Feb, 2012, when you apply for China visa in August, it still has 6 months validity.
