You can apply for passport renewal through Philippines Embassy in Beijing, the required documents are:
All applicants MUST APPEAR PERSONALLY at the Consular Section of the Philippine Embassy in Beijing to affix his thumb mark and sign his application form. Applications by mail will not be accepted.
Present the following documents in case of LOST PASSPORTS:
a. Copy of lost passport (if not available, authenticated birth certificate);
b. Authenticated marriage contract (if lost passport is under married name);
c. Copy of visa;
d. Confirmation of lost passport issued by the Public Security Bureau (PSB) where passport was lost;
e. Affidavit of lost passport executed at the embassy (fee: RMB 250);
f. Four (4) passport-size pictures with royal blue background. Applicant should be in decent attire with collar. Photo must be of good quality and must have been taken within the last six (6) months. Photo size: 4.5 c, x 3.5 cm. Facial image size: Not Less than 3 cm. Face: Full frontal shot; The embassy has the right to reject photos that do not comply with specifications.
g. The embassy reserves the right to require additional documents deemed necessary to help establish identity of the applicant.
Note: Please present the original documents for verification. After submission of documentary requirements, there is a prescribed clearing period of fifteen (15) days prior to issuance of a replacement. All passports not issued by the Philippine embassy shall be replaced only upon receipt of confirmation from DFA-Manila. A Travel Document will be issued in the case of Lost Passports.
