How to travel to China with a croatian passport from another country(Canada)?

You can try to apply for China tourist visa from China Consulate in Toronto, however, I can't sure you can get it because you are just a traveler in Canada, please provide the following documents:
1) The original copy of the passport must have at least six months of remaining validity with enough blank visa pages;
2) One complete Visa Application Forms signed by the applicant;
3) One recent 2X2 inches size passport photo, showing a full front view of the applicant's head and shoulders without head covering;
4) Valid Canadian visa or entry record to Canada
5) the flight ticket to China and its copy (if available)
