I'll travel to Guangzhou in Dec. Does the new subway can get to the railway station ?

Well, subway line 2 travels to Guangzhou Railway station. Do you mean from Guangzhou airport to Guangzhou Railway Station? If so, you can take subway line 3 from the airport and transfer to subway line 2 at Jiahewanggang to Guangzhou Railway Station.
