About Taiwan Weather

I had booked my trip to Taiwan on 20th Sept to 26th Sept with 2 adults and 1 kid (3 years Old). I heard it's Typhoon season, mya I know at which part of Taiwan?
And what are the things I need to prepare and avoid?

Yes, it is typhoon season and you have possibility to meet typhoon in Taiwan during that time. It will influence much about the southern part of Taiwan. During that period, there is abundant rainfall. You need to take umbrella with you when you go outside. Better pay close attention to the weather forecast.
