Transportation from Guangzhou to Hong Kong and Macau

How can I get to Hong Kong or Macao from Guangzhou Grand Continental Service Apartment? And how much it costs?

There is cross-border coach from Landmark Hotel Guangzhou to HK and Macau. It is a walking distance from Guangzhou Grand Continental Service Apartment to Landmark Hotel Guangzhou . Thus, you can go there to take coach to HK or Macau. It costs about CNY100.
