Hello, Can anyone recommend a great, reliable dressmaker in Shenzhen.

I would like to get cotton and silk summer dresses made during my 4 day stay. And possibly continue ordering them once I have left.

There are many good dressmakers in Luohu Commercial Plaza next to Shenzhen Railway Station. You may go there to have a look.
