How to apply for China tourist visa in Thailand?

I understand I need to send in passport and application. What I asked was WHERE to send it to? How do I use the expedited service? How do I pay for all of this? I need a visa to China by Aug 8 and I don't see any relevant info on HOW to send in the requested documents. How do 2 people living in Thailand get the rush processing? Also, do wee have to provide the hotel and flight info first? We have not booked the trip yet, because we cannot figure out how to get a visa in the first place!

Hi, Roy, if you can not submit your visa application to Chinese embassy in person, you need to find yourself a travel agency, the one endorsed in the embassy or by the other people authorized with your signed power of attorney, so they can apply for China visa on your behalf. NOT send your application to Chinese embassy directly that your visa will be returned or refused.

Visa fee should be pay when pick up your passport and visa. Chinese embassy in Bangkok have no expedited service for visa processing, so it is not applicable. Return ticket and hotel bookings is not precondition for visa application unless they were asked by visa officers. Anyway, for tourist visa, they are helpful if you nook them in advance.
